After Care Instructions:
Do not massage the treated area
Do not exercise excessively for the first 24 hours
Avoid lying down for 4 hours after the treatment
Bruising is common and Arnica Montana tablets may be taken for this

After Care Instructions:
You may experience temporary redness, bruising or swelling that typically resolves in less than one week.
Do not apply direct ice and do not massage the area
Benadryl can lessen swelling and Arinca Montana tablets lessen bruising
6 hours post treatment: avoid touching, washing or applying makeup to the area
24 hours post treatment: avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol or extreme heat
2 weeks post treatment: avoid extreme heat (eg. saunas/hot tubs/ prolonged UV exposure
Come back for maintenance treatment before the product has fully dissipated to enhance the last effect.
